ok heres the question...
A 12 ft tree casts an 8 ft shadow. At he same time, a radio tower casts a 30 ft shadow. how tall is the tower?

12/8 = x/30

8x = 360

x = 45ft

H : 30 = 12 : 8;
H/30 = 12/8 = 1.5;
