If Newton's mother and father hadn't moved, there would be no "Newton's" laws. So, no, we do not need a formal description of motion to be able to move,. However factors that do govern how we move can be described, but movement is not dependent on who described it, or the description itself.

possibly, but I think we'll have to find a way to break through to other deminsions, but then again other Ds can't exist without the first 4. so, I think we will always have a tie to Newtonian physics.
btw newton had 3 major laws
