Hello all... I am female, 195.5 pounds, 5'4, and 19 years old. I would like to lose 60 pounds and get down to 135 lbs. I have joined a gym and I have been going for a fw days already doing lots of cardio.
In terms of diet, I've basically cut out white flour and eating minimal wheat, when I need to... everything else is protein, lean meat, and veggies. But, I've already been doing this diet for a week and I've only lost half a pound.
Any suggestions.
Today is June 5th. I would like to have all this weight off by September/October.
Help?!
I welcome as many answers as possible.
