It's not something that happens intentionally. I've done that during sex. The only thing you can do is laugh it off (or ignore it) and continue what you're doing.

Considering you're both pushing on an area that could possibly expel gas, I don't think it's intentional that he's doing this. No it's not disrespectful. It just happens sometimes.
