Last night I dreamt that I was babysitting several small children and they were wetting their diapers faster than I could get them changed. The father of the children never left the house, but instead sat in his office typing something on a typewriter. He was nice to me and helped me try to keep up with changing the diapers. Suddenly a very large snake appeared, and I told the father about it. He said that I must kill it and left me to do so. The only thing I could find to do the job was a pair of pliers, so I waited for the snake to raise its head up and when it did I clamped down on its jaw and tore it halfway off. I then began to pull its teeth out very quickly, one by one. The first two were the snake's fangs, but the rest were human-type teeth. After I'd gotten rid of almost all of the teeth I tore its jaw the rest of the way off and crushed its skull with the pliers. Then I woke up. What in the world does all that mean?

I live in shanghai china now. I can speak and love studying Chinese but i can't stand those people who love studying English. One of the nicer names of these types of people is "English imperialist" you speak to them in Chinese and they respond to you in very (often very bad) bad English. More or less, over here they expect foreign to not be able to speak Chinese and a lot of times are happen when they can't.

I guess I could understand why, for one find a better job if they have good spoken English, 2 its a fad, your that much cooler if you can speak English, and 3 most people have studied it for so long (10 years or more, the rich ones start when they are in pre-school) so why not give it a try.

But frankly i find this very annoying and rude, after all I’m here to learn Chinese. (Please keep in mind i like china a lot, I’m just bitter at the moment )
what’s the English like in Korea and Japan? are you expected to not be able to speak the language? English imperialist? THANKS!

I have a 3 year old male cat, Oliver. He is a big cat and quite aggressive in general. He kept attacking a german shepherd dog I had brought home, he even bites people for fun or for aggression. Anyway, I recently found a female kitten, Penny, in the streets and brought her home. I put her in a separate room for a week. I gradually introduced both cats to each other's smell. Finally, I let them meet. I was worried my cat would attack the little one. Turns out they started "playing", basically Penny chases Oliver's tail, and Oliver slaps her. It looked like they might get along, but Oliver is getting harsher every time they meet. She disturbs him, it is true, by running around him and playing with his tail. But now Oliver grabs her with his mouth and bites her quite hard, until I stop them. He doesn't hiss and Penny keeps going back to play with him, but I am worried that Oliver isn't really playing. From experience, is it possible that things will get worse? Because they get harsher

A man, his wife, and his mother-in-law went on holiday to Jerusalem. While they were there, the mother-in-law passed away. The undertaker told them, "You can have her shipped home for £5000, or you can bury her here in the holy land for £150."
The man thought about it and told him he'd just have her shipped home. The undertaker asked, "Why would you spend £5000 to ship your mother-in-law home when it would be wonderful for her to be buried here and you would spend only £150?" The man replied, long ago a man died here, was buried here, and three days later he rose from the dead. I just cant take that chance."

Senator Clinton's reply when questioned about InfoUSA flying her around the world for personal vacations? She said that she had complied with all Senate ethics rules and reimbursed the company for the amount of a first class air ticket — about 1 percent of the cost of the luxurious private jet travel. According to Hillary, “Those were the rules. You’ll have to ask someone else if it’s good policy.”

In other words, get lost.

My 48 year old wife has ALS, also known as Lou Gerhigs Disease, for over seven years. Things are getting real tough now. She still talks but all her other movements are pretty much gone. Latley she has become more and more demanding and downright mean! I fully understand what she's going through and all the meds are not helping. She also keeps demanding to be put into nursing home. I married her for better and for worse. I cannot let her into a place like that. She doesn't understand that we take care of her much better than a home could, During the day we have hospice come in. Then our 19 year old takes over until I get home. Everyday now she cries and says she can't go on. She constantly asks me to give her all her oxy-cordone at once to end it. If it weren't for my daughters, I would help her leave. But it I did that, my kids would lose both parents. Me to jail and mom to god. We both now know that Kervorkian was really a caring man.
Sorry for the ramble, I just needed to vent...
