At night about once a month I pour household bleach in all my drains...(sinks,toilets,basement...etc..) Just remember to flush the toilets before anyone uses them the next day !!!

Probably the sink drains.
I do the baking soda thing to clean out/refresh them but I use white vinegar instead of hot water.
I put about a cup of baking soda in the drain & flush with white vinegar. Sometimes once is good, sometimes I have to do it 3 times. After all the fizzing is over I flush with hot tap water for a minute or two. Boiling water can be used too. I try to do it at least once a month, sometimes more.
If you have a septic tank that could be what you are smelling. Call someone in & get it drained before it backs up in the house. YUCK!!! And avoidable. Shouldn't cost too much, depending on where you live. But well worth the $$$!

About the only possible soulution I can think of is the P trap under the sinks is not keeping enough water to stop the odors from coming back into the home.
It is the U shaped PVC piece and it is supposed to hold a couple inches of water in it which creates a barrier from the septic.
Take a box of baking soda and with a slow drizzle of water from the tap water pour it into the sinks drains and being careful not to add too much at once so as not to stop the P trap completly will help in the odors as well.

put baking soda in drains pour in some white vinegar will foam up that will take care of the odor in the drains, if the odor is in the dishwasher, empty all the dishes out, start the dishwasher let it run a few minutes (no soap) add 2 cups powdered TANG let it run its cycle and you will have a clean smelling dishwasher.

Have you tried putting baking soda and then pouring boiling water down the drains? (It bubbles in a fabulous way!). This will remove any yucky build-up in pipes which may be what's smelling. Worth a try!

sometimes something makes it way under the refrigerator.
And drains- I found if the stoppers are removed at night they breathe instead of breed bacteria.
