I have a 17.5% car loan and the pay off amount is $13,538
Orig loan amount $16,739.
The car may be worth $7,000 at the most.
5 year loan that I am three years into.
I will be coming into some big money soon and I was wondering if I can negotiate with the car finance company
or will I have to pay the full pay off amount: $13,538?

And, I want to know not only the amount of hours, but does this amount wear you out enough to have called it a day? What is the most amount of hours you can pack into a day figuring you didn't slack off and you got paid for results instead of time on the job.

How many hours at work are you actually productive? I work at home and want to know if I'm expecting myself to work too many hours or not.

I wasnt overly drunk-just tipsy. Anyway i knew that day my bf wanted me to do a striptease for him. I danced for him then took everything completely off. I am a horrible selfish person, i have completely changed from being caring, considerate, confident and always happy, now i just talkk about myself all the time and wont do anything to help myself, i have tried taking meds and seeing acounsellor, but i have been like this for 6 months now, saying i'm going to move out coz i am unhappy where i am but then i change my mind, then i say i'm going overseas, but then change my mind, i just quit my job but have no idea what to do now, i'm so ashamed of myself, i hate who i have become and i dont know how to getback to the fgirl i used to be i have no motivation, never smile, no energy, cant eat, cant sleep, i just dont want to be like this anymore, but have no idea how to change or take back the last 6 months that have ended me in this position, i cant beleive this is me doing all this!

i have had numerous surgeries, including a spinal fusion in my neck. i have to take oxycodone for the pain. however there are obvious side effects that are undesirable. like no libido(my wife complains). sometimes i can handle the pain without the oxy. but, what i cant handle are the withdrawls. I have tried xanax but i still feel crummy. any ideas on what to do for the withdrawls i would greatly appreciate.

I have issues concerning my credit report that I would greatly apperciate advice on.
1) The same debt appear on my CR twice. From both the original creditor and the collection agency. Is this legal? What could I do to remove the original creditor's report?
The information the collection agency provides to the 3 credit bureaus are all different and they even have the guts to say my last payment to them was in 04 - during my deployment. I have never given them a cent. Isn't this called re-aging?

2) I have another charge off that gets reported to 2 credit bureaus by the original creditor on which they state it has been sold to a CA and the CA reports to the other credit bereau. Both of them also state that I made my last payment in 03 also during my deployment - not possible. I read somewhere that you cant send an original creditor a letter for debt validation. What should I do?

i am a student nurse and am currently having my course of injections for immunisation against hepatitis b. I have my blood test next week to check my levels. I have been considering having HIV and STD tests done but would these show up in this blood test anyway and save me the embarrassment? Any advice around this subject would be hugely appreciated.
