And, I want to know not only the amount of hours, but does this amount wear you out enough to have called it a day? What is the most amount of hours you can pack into a day figuring you didn't slack off and you got paid for results instead of time on the job.

How many hours at work are you actually productive? I work at home and want to know if I'm expecting myself to work too many hours or not.

in a regular work day say: 8-5 it is a total of 9 hours
minus 2 fifteen minutes breaks and 1 hour lunch
TOTAL: 6 hrs (give or take a little)

I think at home you can focus more and get what you need done, faster

from what I see at my office there is A LOT of BS and a lot of wasted time. But they get paid for it. But I'm not the boss so what I think doesn't really matter.

1.5hr- return phone calls from previous day / outgoing calls of my own
30min- notes on files to update
1hr- Updating actual accounts / files
1hr- emailing back and forth with clients / other staff
15min- micellaneous paperwork involving daily tasks/ folder making etc.
1-3hr-(we'll round it to 1.5hr happy middle ground) research for set projects (depending if you are doing more than one project at a time)
