I posted an earlier question asking for help in an accident I was recently involved in ((DUI/meth abuser hits bicyclist = broken back). I received a lot of useful info, but have a few more questions. I've been told by some people that have successfully sued the negligent driver's insurance company and won. The cases were won based on the driver having prior DUI's and the company still insuring the driver. Is this beyond the scope of possibility? Does anyone know of something like this happening with some some degree of success?

Otherwise, aside from the driver getting charged with DUI and felony assault (due to the severity of my injury)- I get no recourse. Nothing to help pay my insurance deductibles, nothing for pain (of which I'm in a lot of) and suffering. This is all based on the driver having no personal assets and the fact that he will most likely declare bankruptcy if I try to sue him for future wages, etc. He is, after all, a meth addict. Any advice is appreciated!

Say this person is being quite sarcastic to you consistenly every time you see them, would you not respond at all or talk **** back to them. Sometimes you really cant win because if you get mad they will say you are too seriuos, or sensitive, or if you laugh it off
they may perceive you as a wimp and one to "**** on". How do you handle sarcastic boisterous loud mouth arrogant people?

These are giving me trouble. Can someone help me out?

1. The profits of a company are found by subtracting the company's cost from its revenue. If a company's cost can be modeled by 14x + 120,000 and its revenue can be modeled by the 40x - 0.0002x^2, what is an expression for the profit?

2. A rectangle has an area given by A = x^2 + 5x + 6. Find expressions for the possible length and width of the rectangle.

I believe that NASA's mission to Mars is fake. Its Mars Rover landing is fake. It's photos of Mars are fake. Even Moon landing is fake.
I can prove that those pictures of Mars and other recent pictures of new planets which NASA claims that its Rover explorer camera in Mars sent the images to the earth are all fake and computer generated 3D graphics images. I am a 3D Graphic Artist and I can see there is many mistakes in those fake Mars images.
Is anyone out there other than me who can prove that it is fake ?

I have been dating my bf for just under 3 months. He is a very intelligent and sweet guy who treats me well, and he also thinks farting is absolutly hilarious.

One of his favorite jokes begins with him asking, "Want to hear something funny?" and ends with him passing gas.

Recently my Sony Digital 8 camcorder crashed and im in the middle of making a video. I need a way to upload the video i have already recorded with my Digital 8 camcorder. The only thing i can think of is buying a camera, uploading the video, and returning the camera back to the store. I cant find any Digital 8 camcorders so I may have to use a Hi8 camcorder. Will this work??

I am in a book club and I get to choose the books for the group to vote on to read soon. I would like to go to this art gallery hopping event my city has and read an art themed book to go along with it. Do you know of any good fiction books that have an art theme?
