It certainly showed a lack of class on the part of those who booed. Maybe the Mexican people should worry about their own problems. They have huge amounts of oil and other natural resources, however due to the economic conditions in Mexico, it is almost a third world country. If the Mexican people ever woke up and realized that it is bad management by their government, not the USA that is causing their current state of economic malaise, they might be able to affect a change that could help them.
That booing was analogous to a child throwing a temper tantrum. Miss USA had nothing to do with anything she is getting booed for. And honestly I found the display to be a bit racist.

Probably all of the above, but who cares? Anytime Mexico would like to step up to the plate and take care of their own they are free to do so! I have little sympathy for country's whose major exports are illegal immigrants and drugs! Maybe if they spent time trying to solve their own social problems their citizens would not be so quick to try to get into the US and stay here.
