Put a 25 paise coin and a 20 paise coin in the box to get 45 paise. The 20 paise coin is not a 25 paise coin.

The OTHER one is the 25 paise coin.

The problem just states that ONE of them cannot be a 25 paise coin. It doesn't say anything about the other coin.
