I am wanting to know what legalities would be met if i were to take photos and video of people say while im down in cancun at the beach etc during spring break, if i film people partying and having fun would i be able to use this footage for anything other than personal home movies, would i need anyone to sign contracts to allow me to do anything with the footage etc

Any info would be great

I have a very large build and have always been a bit overweight. I want to slim down as much as I can and be as thin and fit as possible. I don't want to be any bigger than I am now, so what would be the best workout plan and diet for someone like me?

I'm 5'11 and 235lbs, I don't know my body fat %.

I mostly want to lose fat and slim down as much as I can while building lean muscle I think? I don't know much about exercises and diets.

There is a lot into this ? I married a man believeing my kids would come stay with me. Well that didn't happen. I am miserable. I am in a place I Know nothing about. I want to leave be with my babies but I want to be here.The only thing that keeps me is him. The things that call me is my kids, my home place and the life I knew. I need perspective. I have nothing here but him and everything in my last home. I married him from online and feel guilty to leave him. I miss my kids and need them as well. they hate it here. What should I do????????? There is a lot more to this than meets the eye. Ask me if you are sincere. I am so confused.

I play the violin, and that requires short nails.

Because of my nail/finger structure, my nails have to be so short that there is no white on them, and the nails are ridiculously short (otherwise, they're too long for violin).

Do you have any tips on making short nails look pretty?
Don't suggest growing them, because I'm not going to.
I'm just asking if there are ways to make short nails pretty ... i.e. pain them a certain color, file them, etc.

I have a 6 week old pit bull puppy that I want to start training. I want her to walk beside me both on and off the leash as well as sittin calmly at the door instead of bolting out when the door is open. I also want to train her to protect me by taking a weapon away from an attacker and bring it to me then go back and attack and hold the attacker.

with all the third world suffering on earth, with hundreds of millions of people enduring horrible poverty and violence and suppresion, why do so many christians waste time on the easy stuff, like trying to polically ensure that gay people can't "officially" get married. Or complaining about how department stores display signs that say "happy holidays" instead of "merry christmas." or gather up in protest groups over having the 10 commandments replaced back on court room walls?

the most many christians do to make this world a better place is pat themselves on the back for doing the easy stuff and going to church every week for a spiritual "pick-me-up" and then tell themself that they don't have to worry about the state of suffering on the international level because "god is coming any day now to deal with that stuff."

what if he isn't coming back for another thousand years? shouldn't we focus on the horrible state of suffering on earth and not just about american interests?

Over the past week I keep waking up with these pains and feeling REALLY achy. My arms and my shoulders and my back and everything, it just hurts. I've even woken up with my toes and parts of my feet feeling numb or just feeling weird...idk what the heck is up with me but my body achiness just gets worse by the day. I feel like I got beat up or like I'm about to break. Also, I've been feeling sort of emotionally "down" lately, too. Anyone have any ideas? =[

In the interest of full disclosure I MANdeira I would like acknowledgement from my supporters of the following:

1) I am VERY VERY feminine looking no matter how big boned I might be. In fact you can't get more feminine looking than me.
2) All my female friends respect me, that fact that I have none does not change this.
3) My legs and armpits are silky and smooth, just like the coat of an Afghan hound.
4) I am not bragging when I say I am VERY intelligent.
5) All these men abusing me are doing it because they are in love with me. Little do they know lots of other men are in love with me.
6) Me not liking men has nothing to do with me being a lesbian.
7) My voice does NOT sound like Darth Vader, compared to him and the average bass singer, my voice is completely medium-pitched. The Darth Vader insult was cruel and immature.
