Just to make things clear I know all about Asus , MSI etc. But they normal use ATI or NVIDIA products.

I already have a liquid cooling PC setup witch cost me over 5500 1 year ago.

ATI and Nvidia are the big players these days. Voodoo cards are made by 3dfx and arent as good as the latter two. I personally use Nvidia as I have never had a problem running games on them.

There are many other companies that license the chipsets used by ATI and Nvidia, such as Asus, and make different models of popular cards, but ATI and Nvidia are the main two these days. Voodoo and other graphics cards like it are not supported almost at all in any game or any modern graphics heavy program.

Non- ATI or Nvidia= NOT GOOD.

The two leading video card makers have pushed video card/3D graphics technology to high heavens. Nvidia's new Pure VideoHD even leaves the processor with little to do. A single core will be more than enough.

Sadly, there's no more choice, all the other choices such as Matrox have competing but terrible products or have been bankrupt. (Like 3DFX, the creators of the Voodoo video cards.)

Sis still makes video cards, but you will usually just find them as onboard or as a stock card from manufacturers (HP,Dell, Gateway). Oh and also Matrox makes video cards, but they are very pricey, usually for animators.
