find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Count your calories, drink a lot of water, and work out. There is no real quick fix to magically help anyone lose weight. Just keep your eyes on the prize and go for it! Even if you don't completely reach your goal. by May 31st you will definitley look and feel better!! Good luck!

Well, that is going to be hard since there are only two and a half weeks till then. It would probably be unhealthy, but I'm sure you could do it with eating Very little and exercising a lot! Good luck.

Cut out process foods (white sugar, white flour, white rice, whtie pasta, etc.). People often think of only cutting out the fat, but processed foods like this raise your blood sugar, which raises your insulin, which contributes to your body storing excess fat. A lot of people have lost weight by giving up things like pop, candy bars, white pasta, etc. This really does make a difference! I've tried, and it worked for me. I can relate to you, by the way....my tummy is my issue, too.
