One of the best clients is uTorrent - http://www.utorrent.com/, or Bitcomet - www.bitcomet.com
I suggest the first.
Torrent sites are a million of them so you can use a torrent finder site like
www.torrent-finder.com. This is like a torrent search engine.
Or use www.demonoid.com(you need an invitation - if you whant I coud give you one),
www.isohunt.com
www.mininova.com
www.thepiratebay.org

Some good torrent clients are uTorrent (http://www.utorrent.com/) and Azureus (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/).
