Over the past week I keep waking up with these pains and feeling REALLY achy. My arms and my shoulders and my back and everything, it just hurts. I've even woken up with my toes and parts of my feet feeling numb or just feeling weird...idk what the heck is up with me but my body achiness just gets worse by the day. I feel like I got beat up or like I'm about to break. Also, I've been feeling sort of emotionally "down" lately, too. Anyone have any ideas? =[

Novel idea>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.See your doc and let him examine you and run some tests to find out what is gone. This is a computer and there is no way someone can have a clue what is going on without examining you and running tests.

Such symptoms can be caused by a whole range of different things, including bites from certain spiders, exposure to poisons or bad food or infectious diseases. For all we know you might simply have a sleep disorder, where you spend the whole night tossing and turning, and your body is sore in the morning. Maybe you go sleep walking and go out to bars and get into fights (I hope you don't sleep naked).

Because you are sick you will also feel bad, in terms of being depressed.

The possibilities are endless, so why not go and see a doctor before the problem gets too bad.

this is hard to answer w/out seeing you in person.

you could be at the beginning of a virus (such as a cold or flu) or it could be stress related.

you said you've been feeling "down" lately. i'm not saying you have it, but some people who have depression often have physical symptoms along w/their emotional ones (things such as headaches, muscle cramps, and body aches).

stress causes a major impact on our bodies and it could be the root of your problem

if it continues for longer than 2 more days-make an appt to see your dr (especially if you're losing sleep over it). he can do testing (such as bloodwork) to make sure nothing serious is going on and if you have depression-he can give you meds to help treat all of the symptoms.

for now-you can take ibuprofen to help with the aches and pains (if not allergic). take 200-400mg every 6 hours as needed but no more than 1200mg in 24 hours

hope you feel better soon!!

I am sorry to hear you are feeling bad. It is really very hard to diagnose someone without seeing them, or knowing more history. I would strongly suggest you make an appointment to see your regular doctor.
In the meantime, you may be able to check out some of the possibilities by using WebMD's symptom checker.

I hope you start feeling better soon.

It could be so many different things from anything like a flu or potassium defficiency. You should make an appointment to see your doctor.
