I have litterally sat on my butt for about 15 yrs, Im 38 yrs old and even walking to the corner store tires me out, I have back and neck aches when I do. I am about 5 ft 7 inch tall and weigh about 147 last time I checked (2 weeks) I would love to start feeling better and having more energy, I would like to loose some weight but Im not even sure what to eat even as I have litterally gone days without eating then eating 1 meal or snacking. I need some serious help here.
