Hmmm... If I could pick any 5 people (dead or alive) to make up a band.....
I go with 5 alive people. Dead people just stink up the place. Literally.

A five member band ... that's easy :

I would have my man (TOM) on the accordion (which he has been doing for 50 years).

Me (CHRIS) playing rhythn on one of my three Gibson guitars (which I have been doing for the past 25 years)

My brother (JIM) who plays a mean lead guitar, who went to England in the 60's and backed Lulu and Cilla Black.

Nobody on bass (because my man (TOM) plays that on the bass keys of his accordion)

My mother (RUTH) who plays a great steel guitar for the past 50 years and has just given up playing. She was 79 today and it's "Mother's Day" as well.

Yep ... we have all played over many many years, and we are so used to playing together that we will not allow anyone else to join us while playing.

We all play "The songs we grew up with".

Yep that's our band.
