i'm just curious because i want to know if such surgical operation is really physically successful not to mention if it's functionally successful. please send me details or links or photos.

Try asking this question in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered area [look in Society & Culture > Cultures & Groups > Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered ]; folks there are a lot more likely to know about gender change issues. Here on Men's Health we are mostly busy telling teen boys over and over again that their penises are big enough even if they don't look like the digitally enhanced stuff they see on porn.
