It doesn't matter how tall you are.
There isn't a rule stating that you can only date people that are this much taller and shorter than you.
If you like or perhaps love the person...
Then yes, 5'0" is ok for 5'11"!

Of course it's OK... height doesn't determine who you should be with. It's the relationship and the chemistry between two people. Im 5'1" (and a half).
