Unfortunately, shaving the hairs on your body actually makes the hair thicker, as the blade slices through the hair at an angle and so when the hair re-grows it tries to over-compensate for the thinness and grows thicker.
The best way, but more expensive, is waxing or hair removal cream. At your age I would recommend the cream. This works by melting the hairs on the leg(don't worry, it's not painful or anything). it leaves you hair free and your skin soft and you can use the cream usually even if your hair is quite short from growing back. It also helps to thin the hairs slightly so after a while are not as bad when they grow back. (do a skin tes tfor safety first)
Waxing: Can painful, messy and expensive - but it does remove the hairs from the root, so it takes longer for them to grow back. But you have to wait until the hairs are quite long again before you can re-wax. Also helps to thin the hairs in the long run.
Lazer treatment is available and permanently removes the hairs - but this is super, super expensive.
Good luck

Well first of all you obviously haven't learned anything about shaving.
Your hair does and is supposed to get darker when you shave.
You just have to keep shaving. There is no way to 'get rid' of it.
Didn't your mother talk to you about this stuff.
Maybe you should be asking her and not us.

Biore strips are incredible for the outter area of your nose, the are inexpensive, and the clear blackheads too. Pluck the ones in your nose or buy a nose hair trimmer (some are 19.95)

For me, Nair works really well.
It's not that expensive, and it is also very
effective- the hair doesn't grow back for a few weeks.
