Hi,
I'm not (quite) sure what your question means...but...if you mean what is the Spanish for 'zero'? then the word is the same in Spanish as in English. If you are talking Mexican Spanish it should be pronounced 'z' (as the 'z' in 'azure') 'e' as the 'e' in 'egg' followed by the 'ro' which is as in english.
If you are talking mainland Spain pronunciation it is the same except that the 'z' is pronounced as 'th'.
If you really wanted to know what it means then, as in English it means 'nothing', 'nought' and so on.
