You're tired most of the time........and complained of aches and pains...... and no energy.........

Could you be experiencing fibromyalgia?

Get a doctor to check on you.

Exercise can help to relieve your symptoms as well.

Try to start moderate exercise that won't put too much strain on your muscles, gentle and slow enough that places lots on quality of movement and absolutely with no pain on them.

Begin with gentle stretching, to soothe tightness in your muscles and to increase their mobility

Once you can comfortably perform the basic stretches, strength training with light weights can be added to your routine, 2 to 3 times per week.

Your concern here is not how much weight you can lift but the "quality" of movements you can take your muscles through.

Note: If you use too heavy weights and/or doing the movements incorrectly, you'll risk injury and muscular micro-trauma may set in to potentially worsen your symptoms

Then add in a low impact cardio like walking , 3 times per week for duration of 20 - 40 minutes.

And I want to add that when you're really comfortable with these 3 exercises, then you might want to kickstart a Pilates toning routine, which is said to be an ideal exercise program for people with fibromyalgia!

Also, combine your exercise with a healthy weight loss nutritious diet, to lose weight, so you lose weight gradually and healthily.

I know how you feel. I really do.
When people say 'why can't you just start?' or just 'try walking around the block'... Somethimes it just seems like too much.
I agree with at least a few answers here though- it's professional help time.
You could have a host of different physical problems, but I suggest contacting a counselor as well.
You don't mention being depressed, but a 'guilt' of not getting out there or what you call "being lazy" can make you feel worse.
Take it from someone in the same boat- there's no magic words that will motivate you and there are no happy pills that will turn your life around. It all just starts with visiting a doctor.
Then, as my doctor said, "There's a light at the end of the tunnel and it isn't a train!"
With your eating situation though... stop immediately. I did the same thing and my stomach more or less started digesting itself. It's best to eat every three hours to keep metabolism up- or so I've been told.
I just want you to know you're soooo not alone. Try not to be too down on yourself.
And get to a physician.

As other people have said, you should probably go to the doctor but if you don't feel comfortable going to the doctor join a gym and get a fitness instructer and he will no how much exersize you should start off with.

As for food just start eating more healthily but don't skip meals! Remember to eat protein, carbs, fibres, vitamins and even some fats! Good Luck :)

Hey ... it's hard to start anything new when you are feeling this bad, but one thing that has always helped me is walking.

Try going for a walk ... slow at first, and then build yourself up. It is good for any fitness level, and I find it does wonders for your mind, too.

I know it's hard ... but don't give up. Just doing something, however little, will start to make you feel better and feeling better will help you do more, etc, etc ...

Try to start creating a positive cycle, instead of a negative one. I speak from experience in saying that our thoughts influence far more than we realize.

All the best ...

Set one or two simple goals to start.

First thing is to purge your kitchen of all of the junk food.

1. Walk around the block (or a set distance, and not to get food) every day. Then every 5 days add to the distance.

2. Stop all sugar items. Sodas, cookies, cakes, candies.

3.Stop starches. Breads (try rice crackers they are good) pastas, potatoes. All of these turn to sugar in you body.

4. Eat Protein, meat, hard cheeses, eggs, salads. The protein curbs your cravings. When your cravings are stopped it will make it much easier.

Good Luck.

Try weight watchers or somewhere like healthy inspirations (weight loss and gym place)... the people helping you make you feel good and help with motivation, if u can't afford it ask your doctor for advice on diet and nutrition. you have to eat to get fit and lose weight, not eating just slows your metabolism more and makes you tired because your body is feeding itself with your muscle stores instead of fat. your back and neck probably hurt because your abs aren't being exercised.

Judging from your comments, exercise is the least of your problems. You sound malnourished to me. You need to start eating well-balanced meals.

As far as the exercise, it's been said that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. You'll have to work your way up.

You need to see your doctor ASAP to have a complete physical. He/she will have blood drawn to be analyzed. Your levels are probably all out of whack.

Sounds too serious to be asking here on YA. I would suggest calling your internist and getting professional advice. Good luck!

First strongly decide in ur mind to become slim.
Dont start with harsh series of exercise.
start simply with walking.
Stop taking calorie rich foods slowly and replace it with zero calorie food.
It will workout surely.
GOD bless.
