u know the handle with the "Z" shape? i think it will be very handy my bf thinks it unnecessary. do u have one? is it much easier to carry?

She refuses to pay them and she won't even answer the phone when he calls. After he put her through 5 years of college and paid everything with our money. It's getting quite serious now as he is still paying other bills for her. She is the manager of a store and works 10-12 hours a day , 6 days a week making good money.

if I was born and raised several centuries ago in south america, I'd think the only way to make god happy was by human sacrifice. I know making god happy is a good thing, so I volunteer.

a few centuries later in europe, I'm burning heretics at the stake. because it's god's will. that's what they tell me, and I believe them. pass the torch.

today in the middle east, some people think heaven is gained by blowing innocent bystanders to bits with car bombs. why? because they were raised to think so.

thank god we live in the 'enlightened' western world. all we believe is that god came to earth 2000 years ago, born of a virgin, walked on water, rose from the dead, wrote a magic book, and if you eat a cracker it turns into his flesh and you live forever. oh, and it's OK to kill anyone who doesn't believe that, because god loves america.

isn't religion stupid. don't you wish your children can be born in the future without having to grow up with these foolish ideas?

I was cited for crossing a double yellow line while passing another car on a two lane highway. I did start to pass this vehicle before the solid yellow lines appeared. Halfway through my pass a CHP was coming around the next curve. Within 2-3 seconds i was clear to pass car safely and did so. No sooner than i completed my pass, the CHP had quickly pulled off the side of the road. As I and the other car passed him sitting on the side of the road, he spun his cruiser around and cited me. His word against mine. The only solid double line I crossed was when I was pulling into my lane after i passed the other car. Any advice?

Do you think everyone has a talent? Lately I've been finding it hard to believe that I actually have a talent. Alot of my friends are amazing singers and artists and are great with people. I am completely tone deaf, I can't even draw a straight line, and I'm not all that great with people. All the things that I can do aren't just.... natural. For instance I ride and show horses. But that isn't just a talent. I've taken riding lesson apon riding lesson. I learned how to ride. It wasn't just natural. I would so so so so kill to sing or draw. I reallllyy want to sing. I can hear it in my head but all that comes out is.... a disgusting screech. It annoys the heckkkkk out of me. So, do you think that everyone has a talent??

Where exactly does it say specificly that 'witches shall die' in the bible? I have heard many things about this, and it confuses me, wasnt it actually demons or something that was to die? This past Saturday we had a (sweet 16), after that we left to my mother in laws house and i feel asleep, anyways in the morning my 16 year old sister tells us that my mother in laws husband touched her in the way a 35 yr old man shouldn't.This is categorized as sexual abuse against a miner.So today I filed a report and the cop tells me that the detective will handel my case, and that after that he will ask me if I want to press charges.But in all this I have my other sisters and brother on the line with this my partners mom and her little sister.But my partners mom told her that she didn't want us in her house because we where lying.She decided to believe the guy instead of her daughter and my sister we have other witness and she still says that we are lying.My partner has been crying since that day her own mom told her that she wasen't her daughter any more.I don't know if I should keep going with the whole pressing charges on him.Please help me I want to do the right thing.

I was working a 9-5 job for about a year and very suddenly my father passed away at age 45. This has disturbed my life in great detail as it was very unexpected. I have 2 little 1/2 brothers that had to move to Whistler, BC to be with their mom (my ex stepmother). I was very unhappy with life so I decided to get a change of pace and I moved to Whistler to be with my brothers and also try and move on from my father's death. I lived in Whistler and loved it for about 6 months. I was then offered an amazing job with the company I left to first move to Whistler. I thought this is what I wanted so I packed up and moved home. I now find myself in this rut again. So should I just give up on this amazing job and move away again or should I try and stick it out. I had a lot of people push for me to get this position and I feel really bad if i just give up 2 months in but at the same time is it really worth me being unhappy?

Hello, LDS! I hope I do this right. This is my first time on Yahoo Answers, hehe. Anyways, I have been meeting with a couple of LDS missionaries for the past few months. I am currently a non-denominational Christian but I am seriously considering converting to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I've been reading the Book of Mormon and asking the missionaries questions about it, and I just feel really inspired. I know a few people who are already members and they are some of the nicest, most wonderful people I know. I've attended some services and I can tell that these people truly love and accept Jesus Christ. I was just wanting a little bit of feedback from the LDS about how the being a member of the church has impacted your life. Did you convert or were you a lifelong member? Did you have doubts at first? Things like that. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you SO much! :-)
