Ummm, hate to state the obvious here. But one, if they never won any wars, do you think there would be a country called France?
The Normans defeated the Saxons at the Battle of Hastings. The Normans became the British... everything is connected.
Napoleon Conquered Europe.
And forgive me but who won WWI and WWII? The Allies, and the French were? Yeah, they were an Ally.
They also held my colonial territiories. You had to win wars to get those.
So yes, the French win wars. they were just unlucky and were a prime target.

Look into the history of West Point, yes WEST POINT - the military academy. French used to be a mandatory subject, since that is how the American military was learning all about Napoleonic Warfare in the 19th century. Who else taught the Americans artillery, calvary, and infantry tactics - the French!
Read about the French victory over the English in the Hundred Years War (1337 -1453).

France managed to conquer most of North Africa. France also conquered most of Europe in the Napoleonic Wars.

don't blame the french soldiers they bled real blood it was poor leadership that allowed them to lose the war. Viet nam was caused by the french trying to regain their honour after ww2, If the allied countries would have recognized Ho Chi Ming that war would have never been fought. I saw a picture of a rally that had Ho Chi Ming in front of a crowd waving american flags after ww2
