i will be joining my 9th grade team(9th has its own team in my city) ill be 15 in august, im 185, runa 40 in 4.8-5 seconds, i can tackle, run, catch, and throw good.
coverage, blocking and getting open to catch are problems.
dont say something stupid like cornerback or widereciever

A cardiac specialist died and at his funeral the coffin was placed in front of huge mock up of a heart made up of flowers. When the pastor finished with the sermon and eulogy, and after everyone said their good-byes, the heart opened, the coffin rolled inside and the heart closed.

I need to look good for the summer....how though? Girls do you have any tricks?

*Alright so I have put on a few LB's since last summer, and I was just curious...what exercises do I do and what machines at the gym should I be using to slim down my:

1. Inner and outer thighs
2. Tone my butt
3. Get rid of my little love handles I got going on right now...(yuck)....

.It's like everything I eat, goes straight to my thighs-butt and belly area(s).

.....haha...I do have a membership at a gym, and yes I do go everyday and I also have been cutting out the soda and fast food and any other junk I have been known to eat.

....ummm...yeah well I'm only 5'3 and I weigh like 130 right now, and eeew...since I'm not tall enough to balance out my weight, I look "fat" just because I'm shorter you know?
..

well I want to get down to 100-110 lbs. before summer rolls around...cuz I need to look good in a swimsuit.

.& guys please don't tell me to:
1. Throw up
2. Quit eating

How to deal with a sexually abusive father?

I have some traumatic memories from childhood which involve 'mild' sexual abuse at the hands of my father. I have tried to supress those memories and not to deal with them but they surface every now and again. Needless to say I have been estranged from my father for a long time now and I think he is mentally ill person who needs help but is too arrogant to go seek it.

It is sad because if not for this, i could see me and him being great friends. We both have an intellectual streak and share alot of the same interests.

if you're have a complaint about a real estate broker, who is the next person in line to make a complaint to?

i've heard that if you have a problem with a real estate agent, you talk to their broker...but what if your problem/complaint is with the broker of the real estate firm. who is the next in line to voice your complaint? just a random thought. it may prove useful in the future!

My mom called the cops on me and lied to them saying i was crazy.They came in my house,as soon as i opened the door,i did not invite them in.Then me and my daughter were in the living room, along with everybody else in the house,and another officer started opening my doors without my consent.e smelled marijuana and started asking where the weed was.Is that legal to just open my doors like that?He only smelled the weed because of that.

feeling guilty about AdHd?

My son, whom is almost seven and in first grade, has been diagnosed with adhd. I chose not to put him on meds, instead I quit my job in order to provide a more structured life for him. I removed most sugar, caffine and prossed food from his diet and I've worked with him non stop to improve his behavior and academic achivements. His behavior has improved beyond our wildest dreams and his school work is getting much better. Unfortunatly he will still have to be held back. His reading level just isnt up to par. I feel alot of guilt. I feel like he is going to be scared for the rest of his life because he couldnt move on with his class. If anyone has any words of encouragment they would be appreciated greatly. Advice as to what to do next would be great too. I just dont want to drug my baby.
