Why do anti-Mormons say that we LDS deny the diety of Christ?

We do NOT deny the diety of Christ! We WORSHIP Him as our Lord and Saviour! Why would they say such things about us?

Sorry, but most of the mormons I grew up with already thought they were a God or Goddess especially the men. Most of the community was stuck-up and proud and we were Mormons ourselves, I remeber the mormons looking down on my dad and sometimes they wouldn't greet him when he said hello, and my own Dad thought he was God already and was very judgemental, I called it a kind of religious schizophrenia. Most people think Christians are judgemental, you should try Mormanism. I am so sorry, but growing up around these people who thoguth of themselves as God's already, surely would take anyone's eyes off of who you should be worshipping, Jesus and not yourself. Another thing I saw in the Mormon religion was Women overstressed and making their oldest child take on household chores and raising their kids to take the stress off of themselves, this was kind of a christ up on a cross thing for the child who know took on the role of an adult, so the mother could become the child. If the child was a female, then the husband would become confused an wonder if he had another wife in the house. Very dysfunctional.

They do it because they have never took the time to at least try to understand our beliefs because they spend all their time researching about how "lier" Joseph Smith was, counting how many wives each male member of the church has, how they are going to be saved and we will be lose forever, how the Book of Mormon's idea was stolen from somebody else, counting the men on the moon, saying that the missionaries are secret CIA agents and those kind of things.
Anti-Mormons would use anything including the death of Jesus in order to keep talking and talking and talking and writing books to earn some cash and putting 4 hours long documentaries on TV.

Well, they say we worship a different Christ from the Christ in the Bible. They criticize us for saying that Christ is literally God's Son, making him not our Father, but our Brother. That's because Father and Son are figurative to them, not literal. So the Son IS the Father, and vice versa. (and they criticize US for being weird).
There are other issues they bring up, but they ignore the fact that Jesus Christ is in the name of the Church, saying that we follow a false idea of Jesus.
Their criticism is totally baseless--they just want to exclude us because we don't conform to their (false) traditions.

Some people feel that if someone or something is different from what they act,feel, sense or do, then it must be totally different. It suggests a narrow paradigm, that things need to all fit into a certain modality, or a they cannot conceive of it. In a word, closed minded.

Ya know, I'm exmormon, and that too baffles me. It's true, y'all do worship him, I'd say pretty much the same as any other Christian denomination. I'd say the people who say those things are the ones who just want to have something against the LDS church without really doing their research.

Not only that but Mormonism teaches that Satan and JESUS are brothers...early Mormonism taught that Adam became GOD the FATHER.... Joesph Smith wrote the Mormon bible using a seer stone, which is condemned in true scripture....Joesph Smith made numerous prophecies none of which came to pass...and the most ludicrous yet, that GOD the FATHER is on some planet somewhere having sexual relations with some spirit woman making spirit babies...
The list is allot longer but I think you get the point.
