Westminster Abbey has crowds and crowds of people and often stopps them for a moment of prayer during their tour.

But it mentioned no Bible verse, does not mention Jesys.
Mentions the father hood of God and the desireablity of light but makes no attempt to keep that other than ambigous

why is that? and is it Biblical or in line with a Christian confession

Hi! I am having a hard time deciding which digital camera to get. I think I have it narrowed down to three...but I am open to suggestions! The three are Casio EX-Z75, Casio EX-Z1050, and Kodak easyshare V803. All three are in similar price ranges ($200-$300), and I would like to stay around there. I am somewhat new to digital cameras and I just want to be able to take good pictures of me and my friends as well as awsome vacation pictures. Also, can any memory card work with any camera? I figured I would buy a 1-2 gig card, but the price ranges are all over and I want to make sure I am buying the right on for the right camera! Thank you so much!!!

that if I just READ THE BIBLE, that I will just automatically know that the LDS church (Mormons) is false, wrong, whatever? Do they think we have nothing to do with the Bible? Or do they just think that we can't see what's right in front of us?

It's because I READ THE BIBLE that I AM Mormon. The more I read and study the Bible, the more convinced I am that I am right where God wants me.

Just because I don't interpret the Bible the same way, doesn't mean I'm wrong and they're right.

Hi, being a lecturer in an engineering college, my friend(B.E. - ECE) finds a problem in shifting to other jobs. His colege has a system of "three months notification period" whch means he has to submit his resignation three months before he quits or
only after serving three more months after giving his resignation letter, he will get back all his original certificates (Degree, provisional, TC, Consolidated marks, individual sem-wise mark sheets). So what is the solution? Will atleast the government jobs accept thi reason for delayed joining on getting the job.? or how to deal with this? Kindly help me.

I bought a bag of grapefruit because I'm on a bit of a grapefruit diet right now and when I got to the register, the tag wasn't on the bag, so the lady sent the bag boy back for another bag and when he got back with it, I saw he had grabbed tangerines. Three men were captured by savage Indians in the depths of the jungle.
They were told to go out and collect one type of fruit and bring it back to the camp. Two returned quickly. The first had gathered cherries and as a torture, he had to put them up his backside.

OK Girls. I'm gonna be blunt. Guys go out and go hoggin'. Trying to find the biggest or nastiest girl they can just because they are either rude or extremely hard up for sex. If you didn't already know. Please don't castrate me now.

But do you girls do the same thing? If you are hard up for sex or just looking for a crazy night, will you go out and find an ugly guy just to sleep with for the night? Or take one for the team if your friend really likes the hot guy who is with a dork?

I got arrested last week because of someone who scammed me, & they thought I was the one who forged a bad check. I didn't.

The check-cashing lady who called the police on me called my house today & said, "Are you still associating with that scammer? Because if you ARE, then you're going BACK to jail, & I'm calling the police."

Why do those who attack Islam ignore the Quran but follow hadith? The number one rule when reading ANY hadith is if it goes with the Quran. The following hadith is weak (first disqualifier), but also goes against the Quran. The Quran in many places commands muslims to leave those who apostasize alone to enjoy this earth for they will get what they earned in the end. It also says to live in peace with those who have not fought you and all of that. Can those who attack please explain why you ignore what the Quran says in preference of hadith? I know the terrorists do the same, but the majority of us (muslims) are ticked off that they're ruining our image and using our name to commit acts of cowardice. Oh, yeah, and if you condemn terrorism, give a shout out :)

I just read a creationist's book published in '07 but seemed to only repeat arguments long refuted.

Are there any new objections to evolution? Aside from it's not in the Bible/Quran, violates the 2nd law of thermodynamics, mutations are harmful, and irreducible complexity?
