For a really good cleaning, take them off, take them outside and spray them off with the water hose and let air dry.

The bathtub answers are great! But before I do that, I take them in the backward and hose them down with a powerful spray of water. Keeps the bathtub cleaner.

yep the bathtub, soapy water & if there white, which most are add a little bleach, then drain the tub & soak in clean water, then hang them over your shower rod to drip in the tub to dry & hang them up, good to go for another few months. Personally I hate blinds, but it,s all in ones choice.

Are they plastic verticles? If so, the easiest way is to fill up the tub a little ways with some water and detergent and soak them. If you have wood blinds, it is best to leave them up and wipe each slot with a water and Murphy's Oil Soap solution.

Personally, I take them down every now and then, and stick them in my bathtub with warm, sudsy water. Wipe them down, hang them up..they're good to go for months and months.
