If I get champagne glasses and put the H.I.M. logo on the glasses does that infringe any copyright laws?

If you're on a budget, go to a place like Garden Ridge to select the glasses you like. The last time I had glasses engraved, I went to Sears. They have a gift kiosk where they sell everything from money clips to beer steins. For a nominal fee, they will engrave the glasses with the monogram of your choice.

Buy the champagne glasses that you like and then take them to your local glass engraving shop. Look in your yellow pages to find someone close to you.

Personal Creations, or Things Remembered both do stuff like that. That's where I got mine.

Unless you want something like Reidel or Waterford, then I'd buy them and take them to an engraver.
