i m a teenager and i wanna control my colleagues.can u tell me how to make them follow my instructions and obey me.i mean i wanna make them to''do as i say''. can u please suggest me a few ways, or the change i need in my attitude to make ppl obey me, or how should i speak to them to influence them . please write in simple terms and easy language and to the point because my english is not too good.

nah.. why do you want to control people? being able to control people and using it sparingly is one thing.. wanting to control people is another... I'm sorry.. but the only people I would trust with teaching how to control others.. are those that don't want to know.
