Matthew 22:36-39 states:

"Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?"

He said to him, "You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself."

With love in Christ.

The most universal statement of ethics is the one that christians call the golden rule: do unto others as you would have them do unto you. You can follow it by thinking of how your actions would be perceived by you if they were done to you.
