I am 25/f and graduated from college and now work for a great company and make 40K. I currently live in an apartment and am fine with that. I do want to buy an investment house somewhere on the east where it is cheap and use that home for rentals only. I would like to rent it out for more than what my monthly morgage is so I will have additional income coming in. How do I go about doing this? How do I know where the best place to invest my money in is? My credit is good and I make decent money I just do not know how to get started on all of this.

Any help, comments, advice is greatly appreciated. thanks

people at the "10 items or less" fast check out lane get all the way through with their items and THEN start making out and writing a check!!? Like the name of the damn STORE is gonna change in the time it takes you to get all your items scanned. Plus, with the technology we have these days, some stores will scan your check and fill it in for you, plus you can just swipe a credit/debit card. Why WHY do people insist on holding up other BUSY people?

He then tried rubbing it down with heat ointment. Then all of a sudden the pain shot up his leg. So much pain that he became immobile for the rest of the evening. He took some Tylenols and in the morning he was alright. What could it have been. He described it like a ball building up on the outside of the foot in front of the ankle socket. Can this be an indicator or something.

Say you where on a girls night out with a few of your closest friends. Your enjoying the night dancing and having a few drinks. Various times during the evening a group of two annoying guy keeps hitting on you on your gal pals. One of your friends hands you a remote control that can cut the guys down to size. Property was owned by Gpa, and he added his daughter and son 2 yrs ago. He changed the deed to the mentioned above "joint tennants with full rights of survivorship but not as tennants in common" and now he has died. What are the rights of the son and daughter, how is this property handled.
I am a renter and the grandpa was charging me a extremely fair rent price for this commercial building and now the (daughter) on this deed wants to tell me what the new rent is and her terms. What power does the (son) on this deed have? Can he partition the property, or deny her rent increase amount.? I need info, because I am caught in the middle of this.

their defense at the blue line in the offensive zone has to improve on keeping the puck in, and yager has to do the same as usal but he should get rid of the puck quicker rather than wasting time to set up something. he can either send it to the corner or to the defense.
