I am 16 and I weigh 129. I know I'm not fat, but I have fat on my body that I don't want. My body fat percentage is really high for someone my age. I don't care about my weight, just my fat percentage. I have fat on my waist, hips, and thighs that I want to get rid off. I know you can't lose fat in a certain spot, but like what kind of foods should I eat. Should I cut calories? What kind of exercise? What exactly makes you lose fat? What is condsidered eating healthier? Does cutting protions really help? What can help me get rid of my fat without getting like a bulky with muscles? I just want to be skinnier all over. I know nothing about dieting or losing weight. Please help me. haha
