It is an early part of the global conflict that will eventually become WWIII. There is no getting out of WWIII because the Islamists are on the rise, and they just have to go through this experience. After the war is over, maybe they can be our best friends like Germany and Japan.

Basicly it the presidents choice wether to keep troops there or not but it u.s troops stay there long enough and the fighting keeps getting worse it will eventually turn into a WWIII until then its no.
