Don't you think it's kind of silly to limit yourself to dating virgins only? I have heard some people say that they only want to marry a virgin, but that's sounds silly to me. Won't they miss out on great people by limiting themselves?

I agree with you. I think it's also pretty selfish that someone refuses to even consider someone with past experience...probably because they don't want to be compared to a previous partner. maybe they are a controlling person and dominant in such a way that they do not want to be with someone who has even been with other people...(they want to be the ONE and ONLY person in their life) and AS IF being a virgin would make them an even MORE faithful partner! Also, it's hypocritical to say that you would only marry a virgin if you are not a virgin yourself (and pin it on religious reasons). that kinda pisses me off a little. they'll probably be alone for a long time.

For some people, saying they only want to marry a virgin isn't that outrageous--especially if it's because of religious reasons. I mean who knows, maybe they will meet another virgin at church, right? Mmyeah.
But I agree... it is kind of silly and ultimately just plain unrealistic to limit yourself to dating virgins only. Limiting yourself in any way most of the time ends up in you turning 40 and realizing how differently you wish you had played the game.

Well each person has their own tastes and know what kind of woman/girl they want to date. Some men don't want a girl that has been with many guys....others don't really care..
Sure there are great people who are not virgins, but that's what some people prefer.

Well they could. They have reasons for why they do that. I will give you a couple. If you get with a virgin, you dont have to worry about diseases. They mostly want cheat. They dont have to think about all the people the other one has been with. Thats just some of the things. I think you can loose out to some extant.

i agree with you. its absolutely ridiculous. it doesn't even make sense. they guys/girls that want to marry virgins, are they virgins themselves? and how on earth are they going to know they are getting married to virgins? anybody that says he/she wants to get married to a virgin should think of the last question.

Yes that is a little ridiculous. You can definately date non-virgins and if you aren;t ready to have sex that's fine. If that person cares for you enough they will respect that decision and wait.

yea its true, but some people believe you shouldn't have sex until our married, chrstians, muslems, and others, but a change in society in the last 30 years, there are alot less that think like that.

Yeah, your right, doing that they could miss out on their perfect match. But maybe their perfect match is someone with the same opinion.
