Depends on the situation. If you were extremely thirsty, it would be liquids. If you were on a sinking ship, it would be some form of rescue. If you were unconscious and not breathing, it would be resuscitation. The one thing these situations have in common is help. I guess we all need some help from somebody sometimes.

it sounds a bit stupid but the best thing a person could give to me is love n am not even a soppy person like that. i find it better having a cuddle or a laugh n some body being there for me instead of a diamond ring!!!

they can show you a different point of view. but you have to be open to it, and searching for some answers, so in a sense you give yourself the point of view by listening to the outside world talk.
