I LOVE candy and junk food.

How can I stop eatting so much of it?

dont buy it!
if its not in you house they you wont be able to eat it!

Try to reduce it gradually, rather than giving it all up cold turkey.

Try not to have access to junk food, keep it out of the house.

Start looking for healthier snack options... fruits are a great place to start. I also find a bowl of cereal to be a great low calorie snack compared to cookies, chips, etc. (As long gas you're not buying the ultra-sugary cereals, or mindlessly refilling the bowl seventeen times.)

Every time you get the urge to snack, drink an entire glass of water, then wait ten minutes. If you still have the urge to snack, go ahead. (You'll find you're satisfied after a much smaller portion.)

Stop eating in front of the tv and computer. Just stop it. =)

If you must have ice cream, pudding, brownies, etc, limit your portion size and take small bites. I can make one scoop of ice cream last just as long as two if I eat it with my baby spoon. And of course I still thoroughly enjoy every bite.

Don't be afraid to "waste" junk food. If it's not as good as you were expecting it to be, it's not worth it. Throw it out, guilt free. It's basically trash anyway.

Give up sugary drinks and replace them with water. The more water you drink throughout the day, the more hydrated your body will be, and the less urge you'll have to snack. It is a bizarre design-flaw with the human body that we often mistake thirst for hunger (something I intend to ask god about if I ever get the chance).

Start other activities divert your mind. Work out, meditate eat dried apricots, drink diet soda. There is a chocolate powder called alba 77 mix that with pineapple put it in the freezer it's soooooooo good like ur eating chocolate ice cream with a twist.

wow, me to. I stoped and you know how? stop eating! hahaha no really -

1-first thing tell people like friends and family of youre addiction, they wont eat in front of you that way and will stop you from buying some
2-find substatutes, like if you dont mind oranges stock up on them
3-make a journal - write things NOT to eat and things to eat. write yummy but healthy things down!
4- review this list in the morning while doing youre hair or...whatever lol
5-treat youreself to an outing - give youreself treats, for example, after you have gone a month with out eating junk food, treat youre self to a choclate bar or a donut , that way you have something to look forward to with the prospect of knowing you are not cheaating!
6-find out how much fat/sugar theese things have and think.....im slowly killing myself - NOT ANYMORE!hahahahah
7-good job!lol - you will stop eating junk food after all this (i mean once in a while and not everyday!

Toss it out. Refuse to purchase it for any occasion. The best way to get rid of a bad habit is to rip it out by the seams as fast as possible, because I know from experience that slowly picking at it and trying to get it to go away step by step does not work permanantly.

Well thats a hard question to really answer. You have to learn how to control your self. Every one loves sometype of food. You need to disaplin your self. Just stop eating and buying. There not much any one can say.

First, have somebody help you only like when you walk a couple miles, then you can have a scoop of ice cream or something like that.

No other way than to go cold turkey. Buy apple slices and melon chunks, and try dipping carrot sticks in your favorite dip. If you want to do it bad enough, you will.

dotn buy it and dont go near it at the stores...stores usually have what they call a no candy lane for mothers that dont want their children to have candy so they go down this lane

when you want to get ice cream walk to the ice cream place...when you want candy walk to the gas station/market...if your lazy enough youll just give up on cand and junk food
