I have been suffering from depression for a little bit over a year and feel so alone. I moved away to a new city about 4 yrs. ago with my boyfriend and his friends. This past year has been the hardest for me and there is no one I can talk to about this. I now spend most of my time in my dark room feeling hopeless, afraid to socialize, eat once a day(on a good day), sleep more than 12 hrs. a day. , and always fatigued. My self- esteem has decreased so much and now feel worthless. My boyfriend never understood what I was going through and saw me get worse and worse and tried to convince me I can just turn it off (like a light switch) but it doesnt work that way. As much as I want to, I cannot mentally or physically get out of my depression. It has made me lose my friends, jobs, and now I am losing my 9 yr. relationship with him. I think about taking my own life so I won't have to hurt anymore and have no money for treatment .

Starting back up the gym this week (shock horror), and I'm looking for maximum results (mostly weight loss but obviously want to try getting things toned along the way). I normally do 15 mins on cross trainer, some time on the treadmill and then 45 on the exercise bike. Then in between I do some work on my arms and legs and I do tummy toning exercises at home.

Which is the best way to do this?

Her mom died suddenly of a heartattack. She is only 22 and doesn't have any family except for her 3 kids. I've told her I'm here whenever she needs to talk or cry but I want to do more for her. She lives in Virginia and I live in Nebraska and I have school. I told her I'd ditch school for a while but she doesn't want me to. It breaks my heart everytime I hear her cry and I just want to be there to hold her. Any advice on what else I can do??

A.J. Burnett dominated the struggling Yankees and outclassed their prized prospect, rookie right hand hurler Phil Hughes on the mound on thursday (April26), sending last-place New York to its sixth straight loss by pitching the Toronto Blue Jays to a 6-0 victory Thursday night.

The N.Y. Yankees are in last place and probably going nowhere fast. Jason Giambi has been sending text messages to Roger Clemens..."WHEN ARE YOU COMING!"

Considering the poor state of affairs the Yankees are in, would it matter if Roger Clemens came back to N.Y?

And, would it be wise for the Houston Astro's, who are also struggling in the NL Central, to give up the 45 year old "Rocket", Roger Clemens?

Would it be worth it for George Steinbrenner to open his bank account considering Mike Mussina is on the DL list (hamstring) as is Carl Pavano (forearm) and go after the "Rocket"...?

I had my lower right wisdom tooth extracted almost 3 weeks ago. I found out 4 days after the extraction that I have dry socket ( massive pain was an indicator). they put clove packing in it and it helps but once it falls out the massive pain is back and shooting up in to my ear . I can't take it anymore. how much longer could it take.when will the pain be completely gone ?
