I've got a bottle of Shiraz that's been sitting out, uncorked for about 24 hours now. It's just been on a desk at room temperature. I took a little taste and it tastes just like it did last night. Are there any potential risks or is it good to go?

My mum has been married to her husband for almost 2 years. Anyway, once married this man changed totally, became a different man altogther so they are now divorcing. All through the marriage he refused to give her any money, she only had child benefit to live off which brought her and her sons food each week and any clothes ect Today she has just come across a bank statement which shows he has been putting all the extra income, meant for the family, into an ISA. Does she have any rights to claim some of this as it was the families money in the first place? It is quite alot of money.

Does a scarf make a man look Hot. Or does it make him look gay. Or maybe Metro?

What if he had a really sexy chest and unbuttoned his shirt so that it would show off his hot chest, but was still wearing the scarf? Is that hot?

Topic :-Vestigial organs not necessarily proof of evolution for Darwin

I would postulate that it is possible to have a vestigial organ [ananatomical structure in organisms in a species, thought to have lost its original function through evolution] without the process of evolution. Let me illustrate this idea using an analogy drawn from popular computer software.

Assuming, I have a reasonable amount of storage space on my computer hard disk, if I first create an unformatted document using Microsoft(MS) Word, and then a second MS Word document that I format very rigorously, I do so because I consider MS Word software to be the best option for my purposes, as opposed to using, say, the less sophisticated Notepad software, where little formatting of documentsis possible.

Now, if you argue that there is a vestigial structure to the first MSWord document (the capacity - in this case, unused - for formatting)and that this only became functional in the second document, ultimately concluding that the first document evolved from the second document, you would be incorrect, since I am the creator of both documents.

Similarly, I would argue that vestigial organs do not necessarily confirm evolution; they only point to what tools - improvable overtime - the creator used while making the species. This same principle is seen even in electronic gadgets today.

Most probably, such an explanation did not occur to Darwin given that, in his time, there were no common tools to carry out varied, complex, seemingly disconnected jobs. So he concluded that unless a creator planned to mislead us, vestigial organs should not have existed

It is tendency of creators of to make some useful common tools, which can be used to carry out multiple jobs (or to make machines). so by virtue of this comman tools (if tools get fitted into machines), vestigenesity will come up.

Vestigial organs can be classified in to verticle & tranverse ones

Verticle ones are like appendix which are inherited from ancestor to next species

Tranverse one are in which one sex has fuctional capacity & in opposite sex it is vestigineous

Example
Vertiginous Male breast can be better explained tools of intelligent design than Darwin evolution now look at male nipple which are functional in female. Male & female have come much before mammals, so presence of male nipple in mammals can be explained by theory of tools of intelligent design better than Darwin evolution.

I really can't stand the taste and almost everyone I know really dosn't care for the taste either but they like the outcome of getting drunk. The whole thing seems strange to me. How can you drink something you don't like just so you can act stupid? Why not just eat a bunch of suger, you'll lose less brain cells that way any how.

How many mistakes from the show M*A*S*H can you name? I'll start you off......In the first few episodes that Col. Blake mentions his wife, her name is Mildred....suddendly she becomes Lorraine. When radar gives Col Potter his his, it 's a male....after that, it's a mare. In an early episode Hawkeye receives a much too large sweater from his sister...later he becomes an only child. In early episodes Margret refers to her father as being deceased...later on, he shows up for a visit. Col. Potter anxiously awaits the birth of his grandson...his son's first child...in a later episode, he tells a patient who asks him if he has children that he has one daughter. At a picnic with the children from Sister Teresa's orphanage, the hospital staff has a tug of war over a mud pit....when Hawkeye and Margret land in the pit you can here Haweye call Margret "Loretta". Can you add to this list? How big a fan are you. If you aren't a fan, please don't waste my time or yours with sarcasm.

I can't understand what the big fuss is all about. If you are a Christian, the Bible says that God put the Earth and all of its life, in our hands, to be treated properly. And, even if you are not a Christian, scientifically you must realize the importance of maintaining a healthy environment on Earth. What political significance does the "global warming" debate have? Why do some people think it is okay to pollute the air, water, and soil?

Why is this such a highly charged topic? And why does it seem to split liberals and conservatives?
