Cell size has no direct correlation to it's level of activity. Nerve cells are some of the largest in our body, and, although they are in pretty much constant 'use', so are red blood cells, which are small in comparison.

Size of the cell, does not matter, with its metabolism. To be precise, I could not understand what you have asked and in which language. " cell " & " size " only gave me some hints.
