Whatever time it is where you are?

What exactly is illegal downloading of music? If i download purely songs from sites such as multiply, isohunt.com, gendou.com , is it counted as illegal downloading?

I'm not paying to download but the site owner pays to host the web and the music files.

However, in sites such as isohunt.com, we're downloading the files we want in torrent files which often don't tell us where this source come from, is it illegal or not, we don't know.

And what will happen if we're caught downloading these illegal stuffs? Is there a difference in punishment if i'm only downloading songs while the other guy is downloading movies ?

Is there anyway to erase our track from downloading music/ movie/ stuffs like this ?

the sign is posted on the highway....slower traffice keep to the right...so why don't u just stay to the right?...or at least get out of the way when you see someone coming up behind you...it's those pple that cause traffic jams..god forbid u let someone in front of u...get a life...

I'm currenlty saving up to buy myself a good gaming desktop but the problem is, I'm not much of a techie. So what is the complete list of parts (from motherboard to casing) do I need to buy in order to assemble a desktop. (no need to name brands or part names, be as general as possible thanks)

....that he was evil, beat me, ran around on me, etc. would it be wise to stay the course with him, try to change him? Would I look foolish or like a coward if I left him? Would I be admitting defeat if I just took a walk? Would I need to feel embarrassed in front of all those people I had told, "He's the best thing in the world"? Or, should I just get out and save my life, to heck what anyone else thinks?

I think, if a mistake was made, admit it, and get out alive!!

Does anyone see a similarity here? To an ill-conceived "war", maybe?

Why is it so hard to say, "I was wrong."?

Proper names are supposed to be capitalized -- like Steve, Kate, Mars, etc. Yet almost NO ONE ever capitalizes Earth. When you write 'How on Earth...?' you are talking about a place, like London or Rome. Shouldn't it be capitalized?

I sprained my right ankle about 6 months ago when playing basketball. I actually just recovered from a left ankle sprain from the last summer. Now its been like 6 months and my right ankle has not been functioning right. There is no pain when im not moving or when im walking normally. However my major concern is that the movement of my ankle is very limited now. You guys know that when you position yourself to do a freethrow you kinda squat a little bit and when i do that i cant bend my ankle and it hurt when i force it. Is it gonna be like this forever? I still play basketball once in a while is it too risky should i just stop playing sports until my ankle gets better?

I am a high-school student in Bangladesh but my family is immigrating to the USA soon. I look forward to enrolling in college in the US in 2008. I have already been searching for suitable colleges. One that caught my eye is Marlboro College in Vermont. PrincetonReview gives Marlboro the highest possible academic rating of 99, putting it in the same league as Harvard, MIT, Amherst College etc. On the other hand, Marlboro seems to be an unknown college elsewhere, and does not even make the list of US News & World Report Top Liberal Arts colleges. I cannot make up my mind about the quality of education there. Can anyone, preferably a Marlboro graduate, give me an accurate assessment and make my decision of choosing a suitable college easier?

yeah how come in the NBA or any basketball games they dont play music while their playing? like i only hear music for like 5-15 secs and then it stops.. i think if they keep it on it will pump the players up.

Ok.. before any of you start lending moral judgement, I want you to release yourself of stupid cultural sentiment and please answer this intelligently. Here is the deal:
I am a 32 year old male.
I love my wife unlike any woman. I've never seen another woman as beautiful nor as perfect for me than her. I've been married for almost 5 years, but I still crave sex from other women. I don't crave emotional attachment, I don't want feelings.. I just want to have very animalistically sex with another woman. Just raw. I've tried not thinking about it.. but it is not working. What the hell is my problem or what the heck should I do. Cheat and find out it wasn't all it was cracked up to be and bear the guilt (even worse.. loose my wife).. or screw. This sex drive is very deep rooted within me. It is within my makeup. I feel instinctively sexually insatiable.

We have a boxer he is about 5 yrs old, a great dog but every time the side gate or the front door is open he takes off runnig and its hard to catch him, runs for blocks and he wont come when we call him, now in the house and the back yard he comes all the time? My fear is that he gets hit by a car, or hurts a kid or person because they run away when they se the dog run towards them. Now he dosen't bit or anything he is very friendly but if you don't know him he can be scary.,,,Please help!

I think my definition of a choke is different to Smiths. south africa cant handle big match pressure. smith choked in the second over and his mates choked all around him.
