Canada, without a doubt! I'´ve been to the US, the UK, France, Venezuela and Canada, and the best people around are definitely the Canadians.
Their cultural level is exceptionally good, their labor opportunities for foreigners are very well designed.

I want to be a Mexican, so I can jump the border to the USA
Get a good job, Pay no taxes, Free medical...make lots of babies because education is free of course, make more babies because I can go on WIC, Food Stamps and Medicaid. If those white people try to throw me out I will go in a church to protest those white racists. And if the police push me during the protests I will sue the state, and in the state of California I cant loose. What a great Country, Where else would you be.

I too would like to be a citizen of the world. Why is it such a hassle to go to different countries anyway?? Its all about growing as a person and learning new things.
Not to mix religion with politics but if God wanted us to have borders and fight and hate so much then he would of just made a planet for every race.
I think its so pathetic how the governments of the world have made this such a pain in the @ss to see other parts of the world!!

Us, I have traveled to many many countries and they don't enjoy the freedoms or other luxuries we do. Once we fix the problem of not wanting to hold people responsible for their actions this country will be an even better place. Of course, every nation goes through its growing pains and we are no different except we were force to take care of the planet before we fully matured, like giving a 15 year old 10 million dollars and gun and giving them free reign to do what they want, what are the odds they will handle that with any sense of responsibility?

I would choose a country where there is no war, where people don't kill just for the fun of it, whree the crime level is low, education level is high, no racism/discrimination, where you can walk freely in the streets and not worry about being mugged... Maybe Utopia? ;)
