What i am looking for is a non-christian faith or faith supplement (i am wiccan--not a very organized faith) that has a structured envirornment. focuses on both free will and purity, and leads its followers into a balanced life.
Where can i find such a group?

No, i don't think that athiest means non-religious. I just didn't want "athiest" to be given as an answer

I recommend you to learn Islam, but not only the mainstream (sunni) but also syiah, mu'tazilah, etc. One of the differences between sunni and syiah because of Qadha and Qadar (kind of Predestination). Sunni believes Qadha and Qadar is a part of Pillars of Iman while syiah don't. In other words, syiah believe completely in free will. I'm not saying that sunni don't believe in free will but their concepts of Predestination is rather confusing.
FYI, mu'tazilah also believe in absolute free will.

Buddhism? You can still be a wiccan and go run around a Chinese Monastery and meditate all day!

do u think atheism means non religious? nope
atheism = not believing in God
Buddhism is an atheistic religion...it teaches u the way of life but doesn't tell u that u have to bow and scrape to some non-existent God.

If it is truth that dispels the confusion and chaos that you are looking for, a group is not where you will find it. The kingdom of God is within you.

Try Buddhist or Taoist .....
Taoist will be more akin to Wicca.
