you mean removong calculus, you cannot remove calculus because it is already harden on your teeth, go to the dentist or dental hygienist to get your teeth cleaned, after that you should brush your teeth and floss everyday. I would recommend "ORAMD" toothpaste, it is good to kill germs, check it out at http://www.oramd.com

You may be talking about removal of plaque. The best way is to go see a dentist and have your teeth cleaned. Then brush daily with a good toothpaste. Get a brand that has baking soda in it. That tends to keep your teeth whiter and kills germs, too.

It sounds like you have a good amount of plaque and tartar on your teeth. Brushing thoroughly will remove the plaque, but the only way to remove the tartar buildup is to have your teeth professionally cleaned. Don't wait too long to see your dentist... you could develop serious gum problems from this (if you haven't already!).

Go to a dentist who will suggest what can be done. Always try to save your tooth. Easy to knck it out but, very nuisance to manage with a denture. There are cleaning or bleaching process which may solve your problem.
