run your butt off!!! Have you ever noticed that female runners have small busts? I think it's from all the bouncing...

Start off easy, make a list of all the unhealthy food that you eat and work to remove those from your diet. Then make another list of what you do eat and work to lower the calories on those. Such as coffee, use splenda. For mayonaise, use low fat mayo. Etc.
Try and eat earlier in the day, rather than later. Such as eating dinner at 7PM instead of 10PM, etc.

With the above you will gradually adjust to new style of eating. If you still have the energy, exercise. The best to reduce the bust is jogging.

Weight loss will make your bust size smaller.

Eat less fat in your food and go for a long early walk everyday in the morning at least 5 Km.

Either losing a LOT of weight or breast reduction surgery. Sometimes losing weight does not even help (been there tried that).
