As a Christian I believe in God as an infinite-personal-creator and the Bible as the inspired word of God. Throughout the Old Testament of the Bible are prophecies of a Messiah that "will take a people who are not Gods people and make them His people" and that He will save the nations and the world will be blessed through Him and He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Some of the prophecies are that a star would rise above Jacob, he would be from the root of Jesse, and the line of David, he would be born of a virgin and in the town of Bethlehem, these are only a few that Jesus fulfilled out of more than 200 others in his death, burial, and resurrection. Jesus is God and Man and the foretold Messiah who would save people from their sins.
The church is not coming up with anything new. The Bible teaches us how to live by faith for an unseen kingdom and reality that will be revealled. This is a life in the spirit. The New Testament of the Bible talks a lot about how to walk in the spirit and what things can hinder a spiritual life and that we also have great liberty as believers. Jesus taught that He and the Father would dwell in us who believe and that the Holy Spirit would guide believers into all truth. This is the whole dynamic of Christian living and it is a relationship with God. To have our sins dismissed is liberating and frees us to walk with a clean conscience and a new desire to pursue purity and a cleanness of heart in life.
It's just that people are from a variety of backgrounds before they come to faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior of their lives. Often they can take some serious emotional baggage in to their new found life of faith and this could have ramifications. Like people abused by alcoholics might feel alcohol is evil and vile while other Christians consume it without the slightest sense of wrong doing. These are all considered areas of conscience. Some things can seem wrong to others and right to another and neither is stated as a sin. These areas are points where people have to exercise tolerance and acceptance. The Bible say life is about love, joy, and peace in the Holy Spirit and not about what we eat or drink. So because people are people there will be variety on what some think you can or can't do. The Bible is straight forward on a few behaviors God deems immoral and those obvious stated behaviors are really not open for debate.

This is one of those reasons that religion makes no sense. Because you have a very valid point here. You can live by Gods word, but please never do anything that could harm you. Building a relationship with someone (human or ...otherwise) who would tempt you to do things you perceive as wrong will not be beneficial to you, nor will it be beneficial to Satan. You can not change Satan for the better, so there would be absolutely no benefits from this. No, you're not hating God for creating Satan. If I drew a picture and you didn't like it, would that mean you don't like me?

I believe in God (Allah) and Satan, and I believe that jesus is a prophet send by God. Being a muslim as example doesn't mean that they're good people. If you're a muslim but you don't follow what Islam teach you, then you're no different than non-muslim. Don't blame a religion because of their followers doing cuz a religion never teach their followers to do bad things, their followers do that with their own choice, that's why heaven and hell exist. The person who can follow religions teachings properly can go to heaven while the one who disobey will receive punishment in hell.

The church has always been there to challenge people with the truth and so many today are compromising with the modern world that they are watering down the Gospel of Christ, sin is becoming just a mere annoyance rather than the offensive act it is in the sight of God.
This world was held in sinful bondage by Satan and Jesus overcame him and by His death and Resurrection we may be free of stans hold over us.
