I have fairly active work days and i would like a breakfast that is healthy but high in calories?I already have 4 wheatabix.Anything i can add to it to increase the calories?Please

you need some protein, how about a yogurt? and some fruit will give you energy too.

How about eggs? You could have them scrambled/omelette's etc

you can add oatmeals or pancakes
