i don't drink caffine after 7pm or before 10 am. i also limit my caffine to one can of pop a day, and i do not use any excess salt, try to watch my sodium and chug water. Any other things i can do?

got my gas bill and there is a $28 charge for delivery. so i call up the gas company and ask them about it. they said it was for the delivery. i am like wait a minute i never saw some guy with a truck show and drop the gas off. i didn't sign a delivery form. she got mad at me and hung up. how do i fight this delivery charge? do i need a lawyer?

one of the little boys in my sons first grade class lost his mommy last week, they are asking for meals to be given to the family. I called the lady in charge and she told me to make whatever I thought was good and easy, it will just be the husband, a 6 and a 3 year old. She did say they already had three lasagnas, so I don't want to make that, and I am not a huge cook, I can follow receipes though, so if you could give me ideas, then I could look up the reciepe. I've never really gotten sunburned before but yesterday I really got it. I think it really had to do with my meds which instruct to avoid exposure to the sun. My husband really wanted to take me to the airshow so I put on sunblock (SPF 50! I never used something that strong) and thought I would be ok since I never really burn that bad. Well, I'm scorched!! Red as a lobster and everything. My face doesn't really hurt but my arms are killing me. Plus my arms throb and this morning my right arm wouldn't stop cramping. It hurts so bad I can barely sleep. I've been putting on my aloe vera ice burn relief stuff which usually helps but this time it doesn't seem to be doing any good. Any suggestions?? I'm not sure what to do since I've never been burned this bad before. I usually just turn a little pink then tan because of my dark skin. Thanks for all your help!

It's not like gay people run up to straight people and shout out bible verses and yelling and screaming telling them to be gay or you will burn in hell! No we just let them live their lives... Why won't people just let us live our lives... I guess for every level headed person out there there has to be an a.s.shole to level things out!
