I was wondering if there any hope for someone who has a drug induced mental illness? my son's father was slipped something, shortly after he had a nervous/ mental break down. Its been about 13 yrs since then and he seemed to have come close to recovery and was near normal agian. Then about 2-3 yrs ago he had another break down and since then has not recovered. I was wondering if there is any treatment that could help him get back on track and if there was any statisics on the % of people who recover from drug induced mental illness. I know this maybe a long term thing but is there a possibilty he could get a little better? and how would the doctors treat his illness since in way not genetic but inquired from a poisoning.

my boyfriend has a 10yr old daughter. I have been in his live since she was 5. She will not talk. I have never been able to talk to her. I have to use a pen and a paper. It sucks taking her out to eat cause she will not say what she wants. She will only talk to him. She has selective mutism. I hate when she comes to visit and I am stuck with her. If she would talk we could have more fun. She is also so in love with her dad. Its a little weird. We just had a daughter together. I just am lost in to how to get her to talk to me or my son. My boyfriend is of no help. He does not understand that I do not know her. So really how can I like her. All she does is stare at me. Then she will go talk to him in another room. What do I do. I do not want her coming for vacation and staying with me. Plus, she will not talk to my baby. My baby does not like her to hold her cause she exspects her to say something. She only talks to the baby in another room with her dad there. HELP!

My male and female has been together for 1 day and they haven't spawned. My female keeps running away and now just hiding and no one is making any actions. The bubble nest is HUGE under the styrofoam cup and everything is set. I conidtioned them to the best and the female were showing all the signs and eggs. They just arn't spawning. My family is planning a summer (June) vacation to Cocoa Beach, Florida. We would like to stay at a place on the beach, relax there for a few days, and also drive to Disney and do the parks for 2 or 3 days. We would like to stay right on the beach if possible.
